Just when you thought Newport couldn't look any better, Kirby steps out on the wharf and shows us how to dress warm and still look great. In the this photo, Kirby wears a beautiful ivory cable-knit, turtleneck sweater. She pairs it with distressed ankle-cut jeans and tan ankle booties for a more casual look. To complete her outfit, Kirby brings along a plaid oversized scarf—in keeping with her blogger name—to keep warm from the cold ocean winds. This outfit works perfectly together for a chilly Newport afternoon stroll!
